What are the situations where pipe dehumidifiers need to add fluoride

Time:2021/8/23 15:30:44

Nowadays, pipeline dehumidifiers are more and more widely used in life, but there may be many people who do not know how to judge whether to add fluorine during the process of using pipeline dehumidifiers. So what are the situations in which the pipe dehumidifier needs to be fluorinated? Next, the editor of the pipe dehumidifier will explain this. I hope it can be helpful to everyone. The specific content is as follows:

pipe dehumidifier

1. After the pipe dehumidifier is normally turned on for a period of time, the wind blowing on the body becomes a little hot and can reach the set humidity quickly. The compressor can be turned on and off for a period of time, just like a refrigerator, which can be said to be normal.

2. Use a thermometer to measure the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the indoor unit. A difference of more than 8°C is normal. The greater the temperature difference, the better the operating condition of the pipeline dehumidifier and the better the effect. It can reach about 15°C.

3. After turning on the machine for more than 10 minutes, open the machine panel and you will see that the evaporator is evenly covered with condensate. This is normal. If half and half are absent, it may be fluoride deficient. For example, partial icing or freezing is also abnormal.

4. If the evaporator is in a place that can be touched by hand, it can be touched ten minutes after starting. The compressor has two copper joints, one for thick copper pipes and the other for thin copper pipes. There must be a manual temperature difference between the two valves; the thick one should be lower than the thin one, and it is normal to feel cool (high temperature should have condensation). Find out if the air in the vent is hot, if it is not too hot, it may lack fluoride.

5. Users who have used the pipeline dehumidifier for more than half a year can check the pipe joints and valves of the pipeline dehumidifier for obvious signs of oil leakage. If there is obvious oil leakage, it means that the machine is leaking oil.

The above five points are all about the five situations in which pipe dehumidifiers need to add fluoride. Thank you for your understanding and support!
